Questions boards ask before they pay
How much does it cost?
Free is $0 and stays that way. Premium is $49.99 a month, or $37.49 a month if you pay for the year. New masjids get the first 30 days of Premium free.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. The admin who started the subscription manages it in the app. You will not pay a cancellation fee.
What happens to our times if we stop paying?
Your masjid moves to the Free plan. Iqama and Jummah times stay live, so worshippers can still see them. Events, donations, news, services and the contact inbox switch off.
Who pays the Stripe fees on donations?
MasjidNow takes no cut of a donation. Stripe charges its standard card processing fee, and the app shows the donor that fee before they give.
Where do we start?
Download the app and register your masjid there. You subscribe inside the app, not on this website.
